NexmoSell operates as a static, frontend-first product discovery platform. Currently, our architecture does not include user account registration, user profile creation, checkout processing, payment collection, or a backend database.
Consequently, we do not collect, store, or process personal user identifiers (such as names, passwords, or payment card details) through standard platform usage.
2. Client-Side Search & Local State
Product search queries are processed entirely on the client side within your web browser using query parameters (e.g., /search?q=...). Search queries are not recorded or archived on any remote server by NexmoSell.
3. Third-Party Retailers & External Links
When you click an affiliate or retailer link on NexmoSell, you will be redirected to an external third-party website (such as an authorized retail partner). These third-party websites operate under their own independent privacy policies and terms of service.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external retailer before providing personal information or completing a transaction.
4. Future Enhancements & Analytics
Any future implementation of analytics, cookies, or expanded affiliate tracking mechanisms will be formally documented in updated versions of this Privacy Policy prior to deployment.
